Warning: long post.
A little input from my experience trying to get the trailer brake controller installed in my 2021 XLT 302a High...
I tow a 16x7 tandem (elec brakes on both axles) with a 2020 RZR XP1000 Premium by itself most of the time, once in a while a buddy will tag along and we throw...
Nice! I just assumed you were running the Coopers because of your previous comments. Why did you switch? Being that you've run both and didn't immediately bash the AT3 because you switched I'd consider your opinion pretty valid lol.
It's a great looking tire. I had them years ago on a Silverado in OEM size and they performed well. It seems like I've narrowed it down to these 2 options unless others start to chime in. The AT3 XLT and Recon Grappler. I'd be willing to bet the AT3 is quieter just due to the tread design but...
I did see the Nokian but like you I have not seen much for reviews and I'd like a little more aggressive look. I have not seen the Recon's in stock anywhere either and the G2 seems obsolete. Everywhere I have seen then they're out of stock/discontinued. As for the money side of it, it is...
So I've looked through numerous threads here and have decided that I want to replace the OEM 275/65 with a 295/70. I know MPG will suffer especially while towing but I never tow more than ~3500-4000# (RZR + ATV on 16' tandem at most) and I am not overly concerned with it, I'd just like to keep...
I just recently purchased a Leer 100XL (headliner/remote/interior lights) - dealer said 4-5 weeks and Monday of the 5th week he called to say it had been delivered and ready to go on. Not sure if location (Southern WI) or the options I wanted added anything to the lead time but his estimate was...
Wrote my original reply incorrectly, thought it was a much older post lol. If you're happy with the way the stock exhaust looks, it would be considerably cheaper to swap the muffler/resonator to achieve whatever sound you're looking for. If you are set on swapping the whole thing, take it to a...
Just felt like you were trying to downplay the issue and make it less than it is because you didn't experience it, that's all. Thanks for your input and have an awesome day!
I don't have the numbers so I'm not sure what the percentage is. I'm sure it is a "small percentage" being that Ford sold hundreds of thousands of them. In my opinion, any percentage over "0%" is too high. Take a look at the FB groups and any other 12th gen forum, it was/is very common and Ford...
Lol! I’m sure there is a huge difference in the winter months but I love it, nothing better than watching the seasons turn in the Midwest (IMO). I live in Southern WI so we don’t get as much snow as I’d like but we definitely get the cold.
Interesting theory, I don’t necessarily disagree either. It’s definitely possible that’s playing a part in the ones that do pop. I just saw so many people posting about it on the FB 12th gen groups that I have this weird (sort of irrational ?) anxiety about it breaking. It seems they’ve got it...
Definitely, it was very very common in the 12th gens and I definitely read about it a lot. I’d see multiple people posting about broken windshields every winter on the 12th gen pages. I’m glad to hear that it’s not a common thing with the new trucks.
Nice, glad to see at least a few of you haven’t had issues. Truck sits in a garage at home but outside for 13-14hrs while I work so it’ll be nice to use it and not worry about it.
Hey all, recently found this forum and haven't quite figured out the best way to use the search function so forgive me if this has been asked multiple times already. I recently traded my 12th gen in on my new (to me) 21 XLT 5.0 and I'm curious if the rear defrost is still shattering rear...
