You should be able to run up to 15% ethanol in a powerboost so e-88 (15% ethanol 85% gasoline) should be fine. And if i am not mistaken snakebitten was mixing e-85 and regular gas (not exceeding 15%) in an experiment to basicly to get best performance without paying for premium fuel.

Most if not all chargers that charge agm batteries are automatic microprocessor controlled and you don't have to monitor them. Noco, solor prologix, and schumacher are popular chargers but any agm charger will do the job.

I am not 100% sure but they are almost certanly 2 piece design. Ford can get 2 piece lugs cheap and it doesnt make since to change them.

Quick google search says it's E2. If your truck is magma red look at the door jam sticker to confirm. The code will be lower left side of the sticker and say EXT PNT: XX the xx will be the paint code.

This is normal. Heated seats and steering only come on after you press start. How long are you running remote start before getting in the vehicle? If i rum mine for 5 minutes or more the the chill is taken out of the seat and steering wheel.
