Can’t get full screen on display anymore

I just noticed today the my infotainment screen won’t go to full screen. It’s either large screen with side bar or if I press the arrow for full screen… it gives me 3 screens. Is there something in settings to fix this or is it something to do with apple CarPlay and my phone? Not the end of the world… but sometimes I don’t want a side bar. I don’t have pics now but could get them later if that helps.

If the 3 parts are different sizes, tap on one of them to make it full screen. If the app you want isn't one of the three, either swipe or hit the 9-dots button to get to the apps icons and tap the one you want to see full screen.

Thanks for the response. Started the truck this morning and everything seems to be back to normal.
