Just posting again for archive purposes. Today just changed to super duty and had to change original HVAC control as built to HSW and everything works.

Thank you for the quick reply. We were both thinking it had something to do with the HVAC control. He will install the old one and I'll change the value to put the soft button on the screen. Thank you again.
