I haven't taken it to them yet. The only fix in my eyes is replacing the mirrors but it's obviously a design flaw. Problem is I have PPF on my mirrors, I doubt ford would pay to have that redone.

Damn man. I telling ya though. Your sounded just like mine. Recheck that mirror. Guy at ford said he's seen a few like mine from the mirror.

Yes. It's absolutely coming from the mirror. It was acting up a lot today with the wind. Long story but I stopped half way through my trip and taped off an area...I attached a pic

100% got it " fixed". I'll see what ford has to say about a solution

Bud I've got the same issue. I've done everything to figure it out on my 24 tremor with 8k. It's worse on windy days with a crosswind and acts up with turbulence from a semi truck. Do you have power folding mirrors? I think I've got it narrowed down to around the mirror. If you power fold...
