What trim is your truck, mine is a Platinum? Also does your rear zone lighting activate the lights as well as putting in reverse?

It was mentioned earlier that using the trailer harness triggers the truck to think you are towing and disabled sensors etc. If only using pin 7 for reverse lights is this still an issue and is there any other way around this?

Last week and once more two months ago I had another event where it was the same symptoms but instead of loud and won't turnoff it just popped and then radio wouldn't work. I read that switch to AM and then back to FM resets the HD amp or something. Well that works so I haven't taken it for service.

My sync/screen has not reset itself but the most recent scenario was a loudish (not ear piercing) beep or honk sound at startup one time then no audio would work. Switching to AM (analog) and back to Sirius/Android Auto would reset the Amp.

Yes 6.5 I'm still learning best way to drive the Powerboost engine to maximize the mpg. But I tested the 7.2 generator and it does power my small trailer. Small note on the license plate LEDs..... The plastic housing is very short and some of the longer LEDs would not fit back in the housing...

Picked up last Saturday. Order date was November 3rd. Spent last weekend installing Husky mudflaps, wheel well liners, floor mats, bed floor mat (on top of factory spray in)and Revolver 4xs tonneau. Added LED license plate lightbulbs also. Removed factory 4x4 decal stickers. Completed...

Ford emailed me Thursday March 3rd that it was shipped but palsapp shipping tracker says destination null and status as pending. I assume its still siting in Dearborn.
