Sorry forgot some important details. 21 powerboost. Currently at 55k in miles. No issues from day one other than transmission needing reprogrammed.

The factory reset fixed it.

AA or Alexa works. I did a soft reset and it didn't fix it. I had to do a factory reset to get things back to normal. I can only assume the update didn't load properly.

After latest update 4.2.3 or 4.2.4 this week, i have not been able to use voice button on steering wheel. Screen says, "Voice Recognition not Ready." Anyone experience this and know the fix?
