If the engine was the only issue and the original owner had those options installed, why walk away? I mean, the original owner had his truck the way he wanted, and the one issue was the engine and it was replaced… why not stick with it? I think there is something else. I wouldn’t risk $65k.

Stay away from Autonation Ford Frisco. Lots of helpful advice on this forum and this thread. Just don’t go to AFF. There are stories of their poor work all over the forums.

I could tell you my poor experience with Bankston Frisco / Autonation. They used to be good but I would stay away. Any Autonation customer is just a number. It’s awefulbwhen simething like that happens that can’t be fixed… Man. That’s painful to see. Regardless if they did your liner in-house...

How many cats are on the 2.7? I head there are three. Two on each side by the manifold and one further down near midway to the muffler. Next question: are they all O2 sensor monitored? I am trying to figure out if I can straight pipe past the 3rd but only if it is not O2 monitored... THANKS!
