Ok, so I told the dealership to pound sand. I replaced both the main battery and the auxiliary. All issues seem resolved except the loss of drive power and large thud following a cold start. Any ideas? Also the automatic update in the app never stays on.

Ok dealership agreed to swap out both batteries only not covered by my top tier warranty. But i have a question related to the reset of the battery system after the change. Several threads on here mention resetting. Dealership said this is only able to be done by the dealership and it's is not...
