I left a message on their website last night and this morning I got an email with all the information. I believe that my ISP blocked the first email completely since it was not in any of my trash folders.

Tried to get the two month free license, but got a message that my service provider was blocking access. I then went to IOBD and paid the $20 for an extended license,, haven't got any of the emails as per the FAQs. Is this typical or am I SOL?
