Wish I had an answer for you. A while back I was going back and forth with my service advisor about the updates. They actually agreed to do them for $750. However, they said it "could" have unintended consequences and they would not be held responsible. I passed.

My first updates in over a year. Fingers crossed this is a long term fix for the OTA delivery issues.

Has anyone ever had success with the Ford OTA Expert team? I was hoping they might be able to nudge my dealer to do the updates under warranty. So far, they have refused. "I definitely want you to get the help that you've requested, Doug! This question will be best handled by Over The Air (OTA)...

Does anyone in Maryland have a Mongoose they might be willing to loan out? I live in Balto County and work at Ft. Meade. I'm also at the Eastern Shore a once or twice a month. Thanks!

@rugedraw Can you check out my VIN? It was at the dealer again last week. They said they had to reprogram the Gateway Control Module. 2022 F-150 Tremor. VIN# 1FTEW1E83NFA62621. Also, does it matter what time you schedule the update? I just changed it to 10:00am, as I have an hour drive to work...
