Yep, I had to add the Lariat / Platinum center speaker grill to mine above the new amp so that it cools adequately... but other than that it's a very easy install.
FYI for those of us with only a non-B&O six speaker system (no center dash speaker): an easier amp connection and amp location close to the OEM radio.

I just installed the door plates over the factory plastic sheet. The door plate installation squeezed the plastic film sealer goo down and that provided a (non-sticky, easily removable) seal.
