Bringing up this old post...I think this is the same issue I have with my '23. So, is the nut found at the bottom of the panel BEHIND the moisture barrier? I've checked all the bolts I can find, nothing lose. And scopes the very bottom of the door through what looks like that 1" weep hole...

Do you have any details as to where this was? I have what sounds like a rolling nut or bolt in the driver door that is annoying as heck. Dealer "can't duplicate the issue". I've taken the plastic panel off and searched everything I can. Even scoped inside the bottom of the door and can't find...

Because tons of people do? Why not?

Oh wow, yeah DEFinitely not within my realm of capabilities, haha. I am THIS close to purchasing a Livernois Tune to see if it helps a lot of these issues.

What did you do to tune it?

I've had the 5100s in my cart for a while now, trying to talk myself into pulling the trigger. This would be awesome!!! Next on my list is new tires, and maybe some fender flares.

@airn890 I put wire tape all over almost every contact point I could find between the door frame and the door panel, and that seemed to help. Though I have another rattle in the door in the warmer months, and another rattle/slapping sound that sounds like it's the window seal or trim. So I'll be...

Well dang, that's good and sucks at the same time! lol. Keep us updated. I can't even express how annoying it is for a brand new truck to drive like this.

To the OP, I think I'm having slightly similar issues. Shifting from 1-3 is sometimes clunky, but I think that's just the EV to fuel mode. But, i have the most inconsistent and aggravating downshifting of any vehicle I've ever driven. About 80%of the time I feel every downshift while breaking...

Yeah that's what I'm going to do. They called today and said they still can't duplicate it. There is also a rattle in the door that I can't figure out (I've already fixed all the other typical door rattles) and there is no way it can't be heard. So I told them someone needs to ride with me...

I've got 9,000 miles on my PB and it just isn't comfortable driving. I notice a lot of the downshift, and in the lower gears I get some surging/lurching, especially going from 1st-3rd.
