I reseated all the fuses and relays which is a known issue for 2021. I will find and test the fuses. However, I assume if it was a fuse the passenger contour controls would not work.

If not, as soon as you get it treat it and you should be good to go. It's a pain, but worth knocking it out in my opinion before it gets bad. I'd be surprised if your dealer didn't paint it before you got it as this point. However, if they do you may want to see if they use anti-rust...

That looks pretty good. You might consider spraying some fluid film or other protector under there to keep it that way.
