Sorry for the late reply. I picked up my truck this past weekend and ordered it Sept 3rd. Couldn't ask for anything faster in this day and age.

Ordered through Granger on 3 Sep, built November 4th, shipped November 5th and arrived at Granger on Nov 6th. Getting on a flight to pick it up now. I feel like I got really lucky on the timing.
