I did this and the battery red symbol flashed e 3 times and remains on. It is still on when button is pushed but engine not started. Did I do something wrong or is it reset?

No It only swaps screens

As you can see from the pics, I cannot get full screen option on audio or nav. It only works on CarPlay

The reset did not work. I only get the full screen option on the car play screen

I can remove my phone from saved devices on the truck. try repairing it???. Apple phone. I don't need the cable for car play ..."or AA?? working and see if you can go full screen"
