You would be correct. They said I initially failed because the dealer didn't reset my oil after an oil service. The next one was that I didn't have the right fuel amount. The next time it was because I didn't drive it for over 30...
So, After a loooooong time (2+years) without any OTA updates, it appears the dealer has fixed my issue.
From Ford write up:
CUSTOMER IS STILL NOT GETTING OVER THE AIR UDATES, THEY SPOKE TO SOMEONE AT FORD AND THEY SAID THE VEHICLE NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT BY THE DEALER. PLEASE CHECK AND ADVISE...

It's simply due to issues on the production line for a new vehicle --- this happens all the time but is exacerbated by dealers "promising" (or people hearing something they think is a promise) that a vehicle will have no delays.

I can't like this enough! Don't fall victim to the ADM. There are a lot of dealers out there that will give you MSRP, you just have to do some searching (and maybe driving) to get it. I think saving $5-10k is worth even a 4 hour drive. It also sends a message that not all raptor owners are...
