I’m glad you mentioned this. Trucks with essentially all the forward rake removed tend to appear visually nose high, even if the tape measure says otherwise.
These is no issue running 34s on a reverse level. Any clearance issues you’d run into would be in the front, not the rear. People are running 285/65/20s on stock trucks, which works out to a 34 1/2” tire.

It doesn’t work the BOV more. All this simple mod does is vent excess boost pressure to the atmosphere when you quickly let off the throttle so you can hear it instead of silently pump air back through your intake.
