Yes it was, They definitely got a few updates through to the APIM cause it does look a little different and has a couple new features. I haven't gotten any additional updates yet though and I've had it back for a few days now.

Is there anything you would recommend I say to them in order to “guide” them down the right path to fixing the issue?

Left it in the air as the service manager (who I know personally) went on vacation he just got back today so I’m gonna give him a call tomorrow and see what movement I can get on the issue.

I figured I would be one of the ones stuck on that version. I appreciate the insight. I did bring my truck to the dealer last week in an attempt to resolve this issue. However, they said their tech couldn’t get the updates to work and that they needed to order a tool for testing/diagnostics.
