Ford Service Department said the master switch on the driver’s door went bad. It’s a 2023 F150! Where are they getting these parts???‍♂️

I dropped off my truck at the dealership yesterday. FordPass said I needed a new modem. 2 days later, the technician at the Ford dealership said they’re still running the test, looking for an error code! Any idea as to why this would take this long?

I bought a 2023 Ford F150 Black Ops with 12K miles on it for $50K. This truck is pretty sweet! It’s missing the bed cover, but I can always get another one. The salesman is a friend of mine. Said the owner traded it in for a 2024 Ford F250 Tremor.
