AutoNation Ford Margate did my Whipple Supercharger Installation. You may have some luck over there with warranty work because A/C work does not pertain to the Supercharger. The Magnuson Moss Act states that Ford has to prove that the Whipple is the direct culprit of your A/C going out.

The highest I’ve seen my ECT Temps since adding the Whipple and daily driving has been like 198/199 degrees and after a spirited pull on a hot day the highest I’ve seen was 219. So hopefully with this new Riesche 170 performance thermostat being installed this week, I’ll see cooler temperatures.
