I feel your pain.. my truck is 12 miles away sitting waiting to get picked up for convoy..

I’m sure there is Revenue share with all of this, you can smell the greed with all of this.. at least some of you are getting VIN view and other details. I get nothing from my dealer.. ‘still shows 12/22-12/28’ is the only response I get when I ask.

I have been there since Sunday, not as long. Eta to dealer is 12/22-12/28. It shipped 11/13.

I got the same thing when I called a few weeks ago…. I have a code number and expiration I have no idea what’s it’s for..they stated ‘ask dealer and they will tell you the details’ Update for you all: Still no truck.. 11/13 they stated ship.. won’t be at dealer till 12/28 I’m told. I think...

That’s pretty cool.. I’ll have to ask my dealer. They just cut/paste a date of 12-22 thru 12/28 for me. I did find out the Carrier and route # but no way to track.. Is yours built now ?

1-800-334-4375 I just used that number.. spoke to rep. She gave me a certificate code and said it’s good through 1/3/2023 but could not tell me what the certificate contains.. Then said to provide that to the dealer and they will tell you. My luck it’s 10.00 rebate for an oil change lol…
