As I stated a page or two back, I got the update on Monday at my dealer who showed me the install logs and I did receive the DH software that Ford stated in their NHTSA report was the fix. Towing a camper trailer to the mountains this weekend so we’ll see how this goes. Fingers crossed!!

Where do I go to see that data?

The technician did say their system was down all weekend getting a refresh, so perhaps the update came through with the refresh and is, in fact, dealer specific.

I didn’t think to ask but happy to track this down if you know how.

Just discovered this thread AFTER scheduling appt with my dealer for next Monday, May 2. Hope to God there’s a fix by then - supposed to be taking a 7,000lb camper trailer into the NC mountains next weekend.
