  1. New wheels and tires installed, lost 5 lbs per corner (18" Method 305 + Nitto Terra Grappler 275/70/18)

Just my guess, but I suspect that you won't see any mpg gain from the 5lb per corner loss. I believe that rolling resistance is a significant factor in mpg. Even though you're going to Terra Grappler instead of Recon or Ridge, I bet Ford's choice of OEM tires is influenced by rolling resistance...
  2. Nitto Recon Grapplers in 275/65/20 SL?

I've got 22K miles on mine, 275-65-20. I've never noticed any problems in rain. But then I drive pretty normal (conservatively) in the rain. I've never noticed them hydroplane. One time, I noticed them slip when taking off from a light in the rain, but that could have been a combination of many...
  3. What are you guys getting for fuel economy?

It really is surprising how sensitive they are. The fuel efficiency difference between driving under optimal conditions versus a headwind or stops/starts or simply going up a slight hill can easily mean the difference of 4-5 mpg.
  4. What are you guys getting for fuel economy?

You're in the sweet spot, in my opinion. 55-60 with few stops, you should get great mpg. I end up with short trips of a few miles with stops/starts. This really drags down the mpg.
  5. What are you guys getting for fuel economy?

I can't even imagine CA gas prices. I'm in Houston and just filled up with Costco premium for 2.88
  6. What are you guys getting for fuel economy?

Holy smokes! That's incredible. I do use only premium, but I also usually get it at costco or bucees. Costco is top tier, but ilI never really gave much value to the additives
  7. What are you guys getting for fuel economy?

You're close to me. I'm at Barker Cypress/I-10. I usually get gas at Costco or Bucees. 510! Is that with a 26 gallon tank? I don't think I've ever seen more than 440, and it's usually right around 400.
  8. What are you guys getting for fuel economy?

I live in west Houston (Katy). I bet if I made that trip, doing 75, I'll probably get 19. I just don't see how there can be that much difference in the mpg of these trucks.
  9. What are you guys getting for fuel economy?

Surely this was downhill or with a massive tail wind, or with the 2.7L. My platinum with 3.5EB has 3:31 rear, light weight AT tires that are only a couple pounds more per tire, and 34" versus stock 33". I am leveled in front. I know my level, slightly heavier tires don't help, but I'd love if...
  10. Sunroof Maintenance

Did you buy the Dupont seal saver just for the applicator? From your description, I don't think you applied the Dupont SS.
  11. Ford Protect - PremiumCare vs ExtraCare

Compare the price with what you can get from Granger online. It's hard to beat Granger's pricing on Ford extended warranties. https://www.grangerfordextendedwarranty.com/
  12. Door Opened Toggle Ford Pass

I have the 5.19 Ford Pass app and a 2022 Platinum. I don't see any of this on my FP app. I don't have a "Notification" settings.
  13. Does anyone know if the active motion massage seats can be added after purchase or if they will be a retro fit from ford at a latter date

When I did mine, I spent a good bit of time looking at the harness routing before unhooking anything. I then took a couple plugs apart, removed some of the harness, and started putting the new harness in its place. Then removed a little more of the harness and so on. Yes, I believe every plug...
  14. 2024 ford f150 xlt leaks on a decline when parked.

Water will come in around the pano roof, at the sides where the two glass panels meet. You might want to have someone inside the truck with the pano shade open, and then someone on the outside with a hose moving to various spots around the pano roof. You should be able to see water coming in and...
