Funny, while searching for the rotary shifter -- looks like Maverick guys found out they could do the swap the other way:

Right on, will do. How difficult is it to get the TRON key(s) programmed to the new shifter? Is that something I can do or do I need to bribe someone at the dealer servicer with a 18pk? lol
Just noticed the 24 Expedition selector is the same used earlier in the thread, and read through enough pages to know it won't work. That makes me sad haha
Has anyone tried the 24 Expedition switch? Looks like the "B" version is the one, since it doesn't have the Diff unlock button.
Here's what I found on OEM Parts using VIN#'s from the Ford website.
23-25 Escape: PZ1Z-7P155-AM
25 Maverick: SZ6Z-7P155-A & SZ6Z-7P155-B
24 Expedition...
Realize not quite the right generation but if anyone was curious my 25 Tremor with the 502a package was NOT pre-wired. Also looks like maybe some of the harness wiring is different color.
Anyone do this on a 25 yet?
