Usually exit & entry seat settings are available if you have memory seats. My 2024 XLT doesn't have them. I think Lariat trim or higher is required these days. Not sure about the 2016's though.

Did the dealer figure out anything? I just bought a '24 F150 with 3.5. It has around 5,000 miles and seems to be doing this exact thing.
