Ford dealership keeps trying to tell me this is normal - I beg to differ. It's done this since the day I drove it off the lot - dealership insists they can't hear it. After the fifth time going back, they say it's due to freezing temperatures... lol They've already replaced the brake booster...

Just had the rear slider window done on mine - unfortunately didn't notice it for a few months and she got really moldy in the back. Dealership replaced the window, the carpet, and the underlay under warranty though so that was nice.
