Mine went in as a regular (non-X) order but I was able to use X-plan at delivery. We just waited till then to see what pricing structure gave us the best deal.
FWIW, my priority code was a '10' at the time.
You can ask the dealer to check your name/email address in the Ford system to see if there are any Private Cash Offers (PCOs) or other incentives on file—the PCOs can often be triggered by visiting Ford’s website (build and price, asking for brochures, etc.) or dealer sites. I tried a thousand...
I used X-plan and got that incentive, as well as a couple other smaller ones (total value $2200) and 0/60 financing. So yes, you should be able to stack the ordering incentive with X-plan, if the dealer is willing to honor X-plan.
My truck spec: Lariat 502A Supercrew 145, 3.5EB, FX4, sunroof, max tow, tow mirrors, work surface

features and value with the Lariat 502A package—I got pretty much all the luxuries I wanted without having to go up to Platinum/KR/Limited while also keeping a decent payload number (1651...
  Kinda makes me second-guess going Lariat instead of Tremor—especially after having read Car & Driver’s recent review of one. That looks awesome.
Not to beat the dead horse but to add another data point—my 502A Lariat built on 11/7 (with B&O Unleashed) has tilting front headrests.
That’s pretty crappy if yours should have them and doesn’t…sounds like more of a GM thing to do, the way they’re building vehicles these days.
One option might be to see if your local dealers will honor X-plan. You can join the Mustang Club of America ($35/year) and one of its member perks is X-plan eligibility. You have to be a member for 90 days, in theory, to be able to use the PIN, but that’s not far off the average...
Not bad--this was my 3rd vehicle to apply it to, so I had already gone through the learning curve. From what I've read, the CQuartz is among the more forgiving DIY products out there--some of the others with higher silica content flash more quickly, thus giving you a smaller margin for removal...
I ceramic coated mine over Thanksgiving (CQuartz 3.0 UK) - just one coat so far but I need to do another one.
Here are a couple photos that show the blue pretty well:
After weeks of research myself, I had pretty much settled on the Leer HF650M if I were to go with a tri/quad-fold cover. I ended up deciding to get the BAK Revolver X4S roll-up cover instead, but the Leer seemed to be a really solid product for the folding type. I was also sensitive to drain...
Same pics as I posted in our build week thread but relevant here too: mine fits with ease, though walk-around space is tighter than it used to be with the SUVs I've had in the past. If I moved some stuff around I could fit a 157 but that's easier said than done...ha. I did measure pretty...
Very nice. I had a 2001 Evolution Orange LS a while back and I regret getting rid of it. Such a fun car to drive, and the color was unicorn-level unique. Wasn't turbo'd but I can imagine how much that amplifies the fun level. Got to take it on the Tail of the Dragon and the Cherohala Skyway...
Thanks to @Stage3Motorsports - got my BAK Revolver X4S tonneau cover and BedRug liner kit right around the same time as my new truck was being delivered last week. Actually, the BedRug arrived 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule, and the tonneau would’ve arrived same day as the truck if it weren’t for...
