Don’t let Ford off the hook that easy! Maybe if everyone shows up and demands a fix, they will actually do something about it. Completely unacceptable that they fixed one problem only to create another.

I bought the truck in May and got this update in early October. I had a few months there without the noise.

I started hearing the noise after this OTA update was installed:

Just a quick update - I removed the anti roll bar and end links completely and took the truck for a drive... still made the noise. About to throw in the towel and take it into the dealer, thanks all for your help.

Woah that is a high torque spec for those spindly little end links. Thanks for the tip! I went ahead and ordered some replacement end links. I will be sure to torque everything down. No luck with the GoPro, yet, but I'll keep trying if the new (and properly torqued) end links don't fix it.

I gave this a try today, no unusual noises or clunks from sudden inputs to the gas, brakes, or steering wheel. Good thought though, thank you! It only makes the “galloping” rattle after everything is warmed up and only over small bumps. It really feels/sounds like a sway bar bushing, but the...

I think l’ve eliminated the following: mud flaps, running boards, active air dam. I did discover this hose from the charcoal canister was not secured in the clip. But I don’t think that was it either. @Maddog have you had any luck tracking it down?

My truck does the exact same thing. It is a 2025 Lariat with 18” wheels and a 5.0. So at least we can rule out the engine and tires.
