Just to close this out in case anyone else has this issue in the future - I did take it into the dealer and they found the "media hub" had failed. They replaced it under warranty. All good now.

Thanks for the help. I’ll check the fuses for the hell of it but if they’re all good I’ll head to the dealer.

I have a 2023 xlt powerboost and both of the front usb ports have stopped working. They don’t charge and the data connection doesn’t work. The small lights around the ports are off as well. The usb ports inside the center console still work as do the two ports in the rear. Any ideas?? I’ve tried...
