Is it worth replacing the tensioner as well?

For some reason Rock Auto only seems to have the upper idler (FT4Z8678A). They don't have the lower (FL3Z8678B). Which stinks, because I'm getting pretty much everything else there. It looks like they carry a Continental version of the lower, but not a Motorcraft or Gates version.
