Just chiming in with my experience with a 2022 Maxtow - HDPP with the OEM General tires. Its a supercrew with 6.5 box. with a 50-50 mix of city and highway with and without trailers from 2000lbs to 10000lbs with my tractor. have averaged 14.3 litre per 100KM since new based on trip...

i never had to look into doing it aftermarket, seeing as i ordered it from the factory. so dont really have any advice on what route would be best . Only thing i would say is with the Vinyl, at least you can remove it yourself if ever you needed to and go back to the original paint . God luck...

I have been getting that same message occasionally , as well as the Brake controller system fault at random times. It happens with and without a trailer connected . I scheduled a service with the dealer to look into it , but from my end , i suspect a poor connection somewhere in the wiring...

I agree . However , the great thing about having an old, rusted out car that you dont care about , is that you often just do what needs to be done , regardless of what a sticker says you should do. lol. didnt do it often , but when i did , ... Now that i replaced my escape and 2008 F250...

My 2010 Escape had the same payload... sad but true .

Can only speak from my own experience ,but here in Montreal, where the rear defrost is used regularly in the winter months, i have never had an issues with tints in the rear forming any bubbles. My understanding is the bubbles happen if the rear defrost is used before letting the Tint film...
