2022 Powerboost blend 12/06/21, 5.5/w, told dealer 4/8/22, 3127 miles, part ordered 4/8/2022. Was told I was 114 on list, week later 108. Only gained six spots in a week? Curious how to get a case number & case worker. Ford customer relations & Ford parts were no help. Also not drivable.
