  1. 305/70R18's with 3" RC Rough Country Lift

I've had quite a few different sizes since I started driving multiple decades ago (wow, I feel old saying that). I had 20's on my f250's and wanted to stay with the factory 18's so it wouldn't ride as rough.
  2. 305/70R18's with 3" RC Rough Country Lift

  3. 305/70R18's with 3" RC Rough Country Lift

Yes. Used forscan and I’m right on the money. Yes, I was getting average 23 on highway.

I’ll probably get one this weekend. Is there a certain ton rating I need to make sure I have enough to bend those crash bars?
  5. 305/70R18's with 3" RC Rough Country Lift

Is this the tool I’ve read about that will spread the front and rear crash bars so they don’t need to be removed?
  8. 305/70R18's with 3" RC Rough Country Lift

Thank you. I do have some minor rubbing and will be taking care of that today. A small area on the front and rear crash bars, but small enough I think I can loosen them and move them back just enough to clear.
  9. Correcting speedometer through FORScan after lifting truck?

I just did the same last night. I looked up the circumference of my tires in mm. Entered it in and went for a drive. I went from about 6 under to 2 over. Did a little math and adjusted the circumference 1 more time and bam! right on the money!
  10. Correcting speedometer through FORScan after lifting truck?

As far as I know discount tire doesn’t do anything like that and the dealer is locked out of changing programming from what I’ve read. Not sure if it has changed as a lot of this is 2 yrs oldI I saw a video showing an easy way to do forscan where you’re not going in and changing codes, just...
  11. 305/70R18's with 3" RC Rough Country Lift

yes, they are light and not a lot of noise. Thank you! It was not a fun trip getting it to this point, but definitely happy with the results.
  12. 305/70R18's with 3" RC Rough Country Lift

Well I finally got my lift and tires put on. This was a true journey. From items missing or broken on the lift (bought used and will never do that again), to the installer (doing the lift on the side) telling me I could not stay while he had my truck, so I finally talked a friend of mine that...
