If you plan to keep the vehicle for ten plus years, and can do your own wrenching, I'd go with the 5.0. If you lease or trade it in every 3 or 4 years, Power boost with the 7.2KW A/C power would be my choice.
Renewed my nav for an average of 6.xx per month. I have an unpredictable work commute and prefer not to use phone apps. It doesn't seem like much when you have a 900+ monthly payment.
With my 2023 Supercrew, 6.5' bed, 373 rear, and 5.0 I'm averaging a combined 20.3 mpg from day one. Current mileage is about 6k with one oil change so far. Very pleased to say the least. My wife's puny Forester is only getting 26 mpg. She is a little heavy on the right foot, but still.
