    That’s what I’ve been doing. Asking to play a specific song and artist. She confirms my choice and then just continues playing whatever I’ve been listening to whether XM, FM or previous song.

    Well it worked. I changed the value back to stock and the screen is normal again. Also Alexa is now playing music without saying it can’t play music or radio on this device.
