That pic of the charger shows exactly what I was hoping for. I had thought that the top plug might just be an auxiliary plug and the cord for the charger was on the bottom. I usually stick my phone in the console as well since you can access everything with the wireless car play, but like the...
Yep, my wife knew me all too well when she asked that question. It’s an OCD thing for me I think, as I can’t stand to see it dirty because black shows everything. I’ve been guilty of washing it while knowing it was going to rain the next day just to get all of the current grime off of it...
Your truck looks great, and I really like that rapid red. I bought my black 21 Lariat and my wife’s last words before we signed the paperwork was “are you sure you want black?“ because she knows how picky I am. I love my truck but rapid red was my 2nd choice and most days I wish I’d gone that...
It’s hard to believe that it’s taken all of this time for Ford to give a buy back option. I’m in the same boat as several of the others and I’d take the buy back and start fresh with a new truck. You’ve lost depreciation from the 24 model to a 2025, re-paint, seat issues, etc. This would...
Jeez..this just keeps getting worse. So you’re out $5K for a rental car over having to have a brand new truck painted and nobody can get any sense of urgency about getting your rental refund. What a load of crap. Just one excuse after the other with this entire process. I guarantee you if it...
It‘s hard for me to even comprehend that Granger and Ford could just leave you hanging out there like this, but sadly I’ve seen it before. It‘s not enough that they’re repairing it under warranty at this point, they should’ve been responsible for your rental through all of this as a common...
You‘ve got far more patience than me my friend. I’d be knee deep with an attorney by now. I feel for you, in that it seems Ford and Granger have just washed their hands at this point and you are stuck trying to deal with all of the headaches. I have no words.
Maybe similar to this problem? i just remembered this thread from awhile back.

I bought one about 3 weeks ago and really like it. Like you said, you can’t fold up all 3 sections, but I was ok with that as well. It only took about 15 minutes to install and can be very easily removed as the front section closest to the cab is held down with 2 clamps (one on each side). My...
Unfortunately it‘s a very common problem. I plan on going with a Raptor metal plate when I swap mine out. Here’s a link to a thread with part numbers for the plate in it, as well as some other information.

I just wanted to make sure and figured you were aware of that issue with max tow, but you never know. I disagree with the post above on the tire size, these trucks look great on 35’s, and those wheels will look awesome on there.
Truck looks great. Just one thing to watch for, is you mentioned towing options but didn’t say if it was max tow. If it is max tow, check the fitment of those 17’s to make sure they clear the rear brakes.
The axle shafts on the 9.75” rear end found on the max tow equipped vehicles are not retained by the standard c clips that the 8.8” rear end uses, so the rear cover won’t be removed. They are held in place by the axle retainer on the end of the rear end housing, just like the old 1960’s era 9”...
