You can tell its a '24 by the glove box cubby.

Im pretty sure ive seen some people on Facebook swap their '24 XL steering wheels with Raptor R/NonR steering wheels and paddle shifter with a harness. I know CSS Auto offers 2024 Raptor R steering wheels and paddle harnesses on their site.
