@Snakebitten Off topic: Noticed 10th gear is locked out. I know you monitor power-train metrics closely; did you lock it out for improved MPG?

Plus 1 for the leaf blower! If your vehicle is polished and slick, the blow dry method rocks. I mean, there's a reason they put them on the exit of car washes.

I wonder how the lithium batteries get recharged when ambient temps never get above freezing for months on end. Not a problem for the lower latitudes, but I would imagine it must cause problems in the great white north.

Funny you should mention that. With the 20% discount I was going to go with all 4 earlier, but they (Ford.com) said they couldn't ship them to me and wanted me to drive 90 miles to pick them up, so I didn't order any. I'm gonna see what my dealer has and at least put on the rears. I don't drive...

Yessir, most certainly is. I'm running an equalizer 4 way right now but I'm tired of the weight and the grease so I'm giving the Anderson a shot.

Picked up this past Sunday and got to take her out for a spin to the coast today, got some fresh seafood and then came home. Anderson hitch just arrived this morning, X4s tonneau later this week, wheel well covers and mud flaps next week. Gots plenty to do.

Mine has been at the rail head, about 100 miles from me, for at least a week now. Just need someone to load it for transport over that last part of it's journey. The anticipation is getting pretty intense here.

"Our current estimate for delivery to Kendall Ford is be‍tween January 22, 2022 an‍d January 28, 2022." Be interesting to see if I get a "Your vehicle has been shipped" email and if the arrival date slips at all.

Got my "built and being prepared to ship" email from Ford. Estimated arrival at dealership is last week of January. Whooo hooo!

Original build week was 11/29 Updated to 12/13, and then again to week of 12/20. No tracker info, no sticker available, no email from Ford... just the module population and the activate button on my FordPass app showing up yesterday afternoon. Info on another forum is that '21 orders can track...

Got module population this afternoon and the activate button showed up. Getting closer.

Got my weekly "Dear John" letter from Ford again yesterday...getting pushed from week of 12/13 to week of 12/20. Started out with an 11/29 date.

Sad to report that my production week of 11/29 has been pushed out to 12/13. :cry:
