Update - my problem appears to have been fixed during the last OTA update. I have not noticed a cluster restart during incoming calls from the same contacts that used to cause the issue. It wasn’t a dealer fix and I did not change my contacts.

I’ve taken mine in to the Ford Dealer and was advised there was no fix for this issue and that I was one of only a very few that even had the issue.

Yes actually there are, and I’ve considered that may be the reason. But I have special characters in other names and that doesn’t seem to happen when they call. The 2 that seem to cause the restart are the ☀️(Sun) and ⚡️(Lightening bolt)
