Ah. If only it were that easy. I’m working with my second dealer in the area as I feel the first just brushed me off, saying that everything was resolved, when obviously it is not. Very frustrating when they assume you are ignorant just because you are asking for help.

Thank you. I appreciate it. I purchased the truck used. From my reading here I think it got hung up on the 1.7 update, as my sync version is blank. I also have the issue with the 7.2 pro power shutting down in the wet. AND today I tried to shift the truck into 4A and 4H and it does not work...
