Man I really want to find a way to fix this, driving under 40mph 75% of the time I hit small bumps it feels like someone is tapping on the steering wheel.
Would pay someone a finder's fee if they can figure it out!
Man, my kids dropped like 5 pennies right on this spot/crack of the shifter. Well as I continued driving they actually all slide into the crack, not sure how - its a really thin crack.
Any idea how to pull this trim out without breaking anything?
Went in for the backup camera software recall at dealership, seems to have gone well, however now, every time I start the truck up the AC is on. Tonight the outdoor temp on the gauge cluster was 59, still AC. I always shut it off, but it comes back on when truck starts. These are not remote...
When going over bumps at an angle (slowly) the tailgate area of my truck makes a loud snap or pop. I think something is wrong with the strikers / adjustment of the tailgate. Often times when trying to remotely open the tailgate it gives me 3 flashes and nothing happens. I believe these issues...
When going over a driveway bump / threshold or something similar I am getting a loud "snap" coming from the bed area. It normally only happens when the truck has been sitting for a few hours or over night. There is nothing in the bed. Anyone have something similar?

Man id love to get to the bottom of this as well... Mine truly feels like something is loose in the steering shaft still. low speed bumps under 30MPH feel like someone Is tapping the steering column with a tiny hammer.
2021 PB Lariat, see attached video - if vehicle is locked the tailgate released on the fob rarely works, it just flashes the blinkers. If I walk up and open a door, then the fob tailgate release seems to work...
Any one else have this issue?
exact same issue... its got to be something in the shaft or the epas everything else from control arms to struts to sway bar links are all tight. I checked the steering shaft inside the cab and the upper portion in the engine bay, both were tight.
my guess is its somewhere down at the...
