Update on this, some actuator is blown out. Factory defect and will be covered under warranty. Parts orders 3-5 days. So in a nutshell, this is not a software bug. It is a part that is taking a dump.

Success! It had* to have been the battery SoC. The overnight schedule update worked while on the charger. I'll let you guys know if I feel anything different about the drive.

My update failed while on the charger too. I'm thinking it is because the hood is open? Or maybe the SOC is not high enough. I am going to leave the charger on 2A overnight and then try again in the morning with the hood shut.

Fail. Will go home and put it on the charger. @rugedraw can you check if was the battery again?
