Your inner fender has a smaller more flexible piece attached to it, that’s probably what’s rubbing… Rubbed on my ‘25 Tremor, I zip tied it back to solve the problem

Sadly, I must admit to getting a very small scrape right in front of the rear wheel down low and a scrape on the hubcap during that trip… Still have the truck, complete with the scrapes, lol!

I thought that’s where you were… Been up there many times over the years… When I was up in Bishop a month or so ago my sister who lives up there told me that the coyote flat Road was washed out and impassible… Apparently that’s not the case!
