Got the service order back. Turns out they just used the same axels from last time - so not updated parts. I guess I can expect the bolts to shear within the next few months.- jpero

The dealer near me had both my axels replaced in 40 mins, which was awesome. When I picked up the keys, the service manager could not provide me a copy of the Service Order until they had filed it with Ford. So I still don't have the part numbers (or any record) that the work was done. I know...- jpero

Finally!! a dealer fix for OTA Power-Up 1.7.1 -- TSB 22-2117
I just got back from the dealership (for the second time since July) and yet again, they failed to flash the OTA updates. They believe the issue is on Ford's end. I have been stuck on 1.7.1, Version: 21146_PRODUCT Revision: 145, since last year. I would give the FDRS a go, but $700 CAD for...- jpero
