Got the service order back. Turns out they just used the same axels from last time - so not updated parts. I guess I can expect the bolts to shear within the next few months.
The dealer near me had both my axels replaced in 40 mins, which was awesome. When I picked up the keys, the service manager could not provide me a copy of the Service Order until they had filed it with Ford.
So I still don't have the part numbers (or any record) that the work was done. I know...
