I also heard something about it coming back, may have been on one of Whiteface Ford's Facebook reels, do not remember the details. I never used the touch pad on any of my previous Ford trucks so not something I will miss if it doesn't come back.
My last experience buying a F150 was less than enjoyable. I walked in ready to pay cash and it still took over four hours to complete the deal. The dealership finance "minister" could not get it through his thick head that I wanted to pay for the truck and be gone.
My experience with USAA's buyers program goes back at least to eleven years ago when I bought my 2014 F150 using their program. Paid price was less than if I bought the truck directly from the dealer.
All the packages of mine started on delivery as well but the security package had been activated at the factory in March. Ford has since corrected the problem.
One of the main reasons I kept my previous truck so long was because I hated the thought of having to deal with the sales people at any of the local dealerships.
Curious if any one has had a problem with their subscription services on a new F150 starting before you bought the truck? I bought my F150 in August 2025, all the subscription services began their free trial period the day I bought the truck except for the security package, its start date was...
I used the Covercraft 5-layer cover on my 2014 for 11 years and it worked great. I now have the newer version on my 2025. A bit expensive, $398, but then again so was the truck.

Beware of their cover Ultra'tect® Custom Car Cover, the one I had on...
Installed a Ford Sport Liner in my 2025 F150 XLt yesterday over a Linex sprayed in liner and if I had it to do over again I would have just installed a Bedrug XLT bed mat which is similar to the mat I had in my 2014 F150. Would have much preferred not to have had a spray in liner but I needed a...
Get rid of the start / stop, manufacturers are no longer receiving an incentive from the EPA to include it which was the only reason they installed it in the first place.
Update, the Husky liners fit worse than the OEM Ford liners, so back those went and reinstalled the Ford liners. Drove the last truck without liners for 11 years so decided to stop worrying about it.
Hard to say, I recently traded a 2014 XLT F150 with 43,000 miles on it mainly because of age. Truck still looked new inside and out. However it was traded at a Ford dealership.
Plan for yesterday fell through, dealership had all their computers in use and since it would be a couple of hours until they got to my F150 they offered the mobile service for today. No big deal since I work at home anyway, so I opted for that. Tech arrived at 1100, started work a few minutes...
