My truck was at the shop for almost three weeks. Service department determined it’s a bad actuator. They ordered a replacement part ML3Z*5A212*W. Unfortunately the part is on backorder with no projected ETA. I was able to pick up on truck last week and can continue to use it until the part arrives.
Unfortunately this did not correct the issue on my truck. The service department did say they were able to get it work on another truck they tested on the lot. They were going to order a replacement part (maybe TCU?) for mine to see if that would fix it....
I have the exact same issued with my truck. Currently at the Royal Oak dealership getting looked at now, What dealership in Michigan is yours at? Maybe I can have the service tech at RO reach out to your service department to see what they come up with.

Dealer just texted me this photo. Ordered on 3/24, produced on 5/1. Delivered on 5/6. I am sure it helps the dealership is only a few miles from Dearborn. 502a Sport Powerboost w/max tow, moon roof, lockable storage, B&O Unleashed, and work surface. (Did not include bed or wheel well liners)...
