So to resolve this, connect FORScan, which will show the incorrect config, change it to the correct one, then all will work? Sorry for so many questions, I just haven’t done this before or know what is involved.
I just looked into what this is, looks like I just need a $60 cable and the software. Is this something I can use to fix the problem myself? What is the issue? Can I have the dealership do this (although I’m kind of losing faith in them at this point)?

I seem to still be getting the runaround. I called Ford connected services and they told me that I needed to take it back in to the dealership and tell the to call TAC. So did that on Wednesday. Yesterday the dealership said they have done everything they can do on their end and it is back on...
