    Thank you for the detailed response. I do not have Bluecruise options available or even mentioned on any screens. The only version I can find is that SYNC is showing version 21146 REV 145. I guess I will go back to the dealer and have them try to get this fixed.

    I just got my 21 Powerboost back from dealer on Friday and they said it is all updated, but it seems to be the same. I'm fairly sure it is still stuck at 1.7.1, can someone check my VIN? VIN: 1FTFW1ED1MFC06358 Thanks
