Run them under the dash both ends, and you can lift the door seal on the cab side and tuck the cables in, dont remove the seal, just lift the edge and tuck the cables behind it until you get to the tweeters.
Probably easier to mount behind the factory head unit, had to trim part of the glovebox for the key to fit. But if you want to upgrade or anything goes wrong, you don't have to take apart the whole dash again.
Ran new tweeter wires that came with the harness. Didn't have rears, single cab.
Just noticed your question, I'll try to get a picture soon. I actually have it behind the jumper seat in the center, and it fits perfectly, ran the level control line under the folded seat.
I'm a bigger guy, after 2 days of bruises all over my forearms trying to get the cable through, it was worth the $40 for me to have the shop run the power wires

Honestly not sure if that was an option on mine. I plugged everything in the headlight came with, had to run a tap to the fuse box for the DRLs with a little plastic harness, and a ground, not sure if I'm forgetting anything.
I'm happy with the Alpharexx compared to the stock Halogens. Did you have OEM LED headlights to begin with? My friend has the OEM LEDs on his truck and his are brighter/better though.
